Boiler-free PWM design delivers instant dry steam in a compact size. No carrying boiling water around — zero spill, scald and tipping risks. A 13 ft cord plus 5 ft steam hose gives 18 ft of total reach — clean freely anywhere, with steady steam at any angle.
10–30 seconds' heat-up (start/restart), 30+ minutes super consistent pure “dry” steam per fill. Dry steam on demand — start and stop instantly.
Cheap pressurized boiler handhelds ($50–150) build pressure inside a sealed boiler, then bleed it out through the nozzle as it depressurizes. Pressure spikes at the start, crashes at minute 8–10, then sputters wet droplets. We didn't build a smaller boiler. We built a flash heater.
Water enters the heating chamber on demand. Dual-PWM holds it at 230°F / 110°C with PID feedback (±2–4°F / ±1–2°C). Result: the steam coming out of the nozzle on minute 25 is the same as minute 5 — same temperature, same dry steam, no surges, no sputtering.

Water enters the heating chamber on demand — not a sealed boiler. The 1,800W flash heater vaporizes water within 30 seconds. No pressure-build delay, no boiler depressurization at minute 10.
Two PWM loops working together: water-pump PWM (10–20 Hz) at 20–40% duty cycle controls flow into the heater; heater PWM with PID feedback holds 230°F / 110°C within ±2–4°F / ±1–2°C. Three steady levels — no on/off surges. Patent-pending.
Brass-core nozzle outputs dry steam (low moisture content, not the wet sputtering of cheap boilers) at 230°F / 110°C under 50 PSI — hot enough to break down baked-on grease, soap scum, and grout grime. Surfaces dry faster than with wet steam.
