Add any product to your cart from the product page, click the cart icon, and proceed to checkout. All major credit cards and digital wallets are supported — the exact options available to you are shown at checkout.
We don't run coupons or promo codes — same price on Amazon and our site. During our first 60 days, all orders ship with our standard 3-year warranty plus a bonus 2-year extension (5-year total). Auto-applied at checkout, no code needed.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement — just email us at hello@goehnerstech.com with your order number. After 2 hours, the order is already in the warehouse queue.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouses via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery takes 4–7 days within the continental US. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
We ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU. International duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on country.
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $5.99.
Returns & Warranty
90 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Every GOEHNER'S comes with a 3-year factory warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Covers the heating element, motor, internal electronics, and structural integrity. Replacement or repair — your choice. Launch bonus: orders during our first 60 days ship with an extra 2-year extension (5-year total).

Product Use
Sealed hard surfaces: tile, grout, glass, stainless steel, laminate, sealed hardwood, upholstery (test first), and car interiors. Avoid: unsealed stone, unfinished wood, silk, and velvet.
Distilled or purified water only. Tap water contains minerals that build up in the heating chamber and cause scale, blockage, overheating, and permanent damage. Distilled water costs less than $1 per gallon.
