GOEHNER'S products are designed to produce high-temperature steam. Users assume responsibility for safe use per the included instructions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse. Our maximum liability under any warranty or consumer claim is the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California.
