Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout, and a separate email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times - United States

- Free standard shipping on US orders over $60.
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within the continental US.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. International orders ship for a flat $30.00.

Any import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Depending on the destination, they are either calculated at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country.

Taxes and duties

For orders within the United States, customers do not pay any import fees, duties, or VAT. Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where we are required to collect it. For international orders, duties and taxes may apply as described above.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. To change or cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at support@goehnerstech.com - after that, the order is already in our warehouse queue and can no longer be changed. We do not charge a restocking fee for a cancellation, an accidental order, or a change of mind caught in time.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as business days when estimating delivery times.
