We ship only to the following 22 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Shipping is free to eligible addresses in these countries.

In the United States, delivery is limited to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, all US overseas territories, and military addresses using AA, AE, or AP are excluded.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside this list.

A delivery address is eligible when checkout displays an available shipping service. Eligibility depends on the complete postal address, carrier coverage, product restrictions, and current service availability. Listing a country does not mean every address in that country is eligible. If no option appears, contact support before ordering.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After shipment, estimated delivery is 1–5 business days for eligible addresses in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. For supported EU destinations, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, except Spain (8–9 business days) and Hungary and Sweden (7–8 business days). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Some addresses may take longer; the available shipping service and estimate for your address are shown at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled exclusively from our regional warehouses outside China. Depending on the destination and stock availability, orders may ship cross-border from an available regional warehouse. We no longer offer direct shipments from China.

For orders fulfilled through our normal regional-warehouse delivery services, no additional tax is charged at checkout and no additional tax or import-duty payment is required at delivery.
