Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return policy - you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all parts, labels, and instructions, in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product before approving a return.
How to start a return
Email us at returns@goehnerstech.com with your order number to request a return. Please do not send items back before your return is approved - items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) we'll reply with the return address and full instructions, including a return shipping label where applicable. Please return the item in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error - a defective, damaged, or incorrect item - Goehner's covers the cost of return shipping. For other returns (for example, a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Either way, we never charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@goehnerstech.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned - for example, items damaged through misuse or no longer in resalable condition. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order for it right away, then request a return for the original item. Email returns@goehnerstech.com to start an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- Full refund: If approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Partial refund: A partial refund may apply to any item not in its original condition, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the order, excluding any promotional discount applied at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Universe Force Limited, the entity that processed your payment.
